First check which attraction the ticket covers
The mosque’s visitor gallery and the Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum are different attractions. A museum ticket alone should not be treated as gallery admission. For a combined product, check that both places are named in the selected option.
Match the attraction name on the ticket to the place you intend to visit. Similar names or prices do not mean that two tickets include the same access.

Check ticket collection as well as price
The €28 and €28.45 options are both bought online. The difference is how you receive the entrance ticket. The €28 kiosk-based option requires a visit-day code exchange at the History & Experience Museum first. The €28.45 email-QR option sends the entrance QR by email after booking, so you can go directly to Hagia Sophia’s visitor entrance.

The email-QR listing includes a 10-language audio app and free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Download your audio before visiting and bring headphones. Security screening remains mandatory for both tickets.

Is the History and Experience Museum included?
It is a separate attraction. Check that your selected ticket explicitly includes the mosque gallery, the History and Experience Museum, or both.
Are children free?

Does an online ticket skip security?
